6th Annual Lumbar Spine Research Society Meeting

Our 2013 meeting will be held at the Sofitel Chicago Water Tower Hotel in downtown Chicago. The meeting will be a full day on Thursday the 11th and a 1/2 day on Friday the 12th of April.
We are also excited to hold our 1st Annual Instructional Course Lecture on Friday April 12, 2013. It will be a 1/2 day ICL on Friday afternooon starting at 1:00 p.m. going until 5:00. The course will be co-sponsored by AO Spine and Promises to be a great course.
If you have not registered for the Annual Meeting or the ICL Please do so.
CME's will be offered:
Annual Meeting: 12.5 CME Credits
Insctuctional Course Lecture: 3.75 CME Credits
HOTEL Reservations:
Please make your hotel reservations under the Lumbar Spine Research Society meeting for the group rate of $225/night. Each individual guest must make their own reservations by calling the Hotel at (877)813-7700. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Please make sure you make your hotel reservations in a timely manner as we do expect our room block to fill completely.
If an individual with a guaranteed reservation does not check in or cancels the reservation less than 24 hours prior to arrival, the individual’s one night deposit will be forfeited or the credit card on record will be charged for one night.
